Chad Daniel Nelms
LA MARQUE - After a brief visit to Earth, Master Chad Daniel Nelms left to live forever with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, October 5, 2008, at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Hospital in Webster, Texas.
Born September 23, 2008 in Texas City, Texas, to Mary Jones and Fred Nelms, Chad was a member of Greater House of Love Outreach Church in La Marque.
In addition to his parents, Chad is survived by his brother, James Harley Nelms of Galveston; sisters, Chassidy and Daniellie Jones both of La Marque and Ellen Nelms of Galveston; grandparents, Charles and Roberta Jones of La Marque and Frederick Nelms, II and Marsha Davis of Memphis, TN.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend Kevin Jones officiating. Interment will be conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
