Kimberly Ann Anderson
 

     LA MARQUE – Ms. Kimberly Ann Anderson went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, August 9, 2007, in Galveston.

 

     Born April 20, 1960, in Falfurrias, TX, Ms. Anderson had spent most of her life in La Marque.  She had taught for many years at various schools and was a member of Gulf Coast Four Square Church. Ms. Anderson enjoyed singing, having been a member of “Heart of the Arts High Praise Band”, painting and especially loved her sons.

 

     Preceded in death by her daughter, Aubrey Lora, survivors include her sons, Paul Anderson, Sam Anderson, both of La Marque; mother, Ruby Stevens of La Marque; father, Donald Stevens and wife, Nona of Austin; brother, Lance Stevens and wife, Nicole of Tomball; numerous nieces, nephews and other family. 

 

     A celebration of Kim’s life will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at Gulf Coast Four Square Church with Pastor John Elliott and Pastor David Dinkins officiating, George Matranga as soloist.  A private cremation will follow under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

 

     Casketbearers will be Darryl Brown, Hermen Flores, Mel Haley, Bob Llorente, Kerry Punekey, Bill Rozelle and Darren Schur.
