Dion Duane Vines
SANTA FE - Mr. Dion Duane Vines passed from this life Saturday evening, December 25, 2010, at his home.
Born September 26, 1963 in Texas City, TX, Dion had been employed as a welder for over 20 years and was a very loving father, son and brother who enjoyed spending time fishing.
He is survived by his son, Kaleb Bryce Vines and Kaleb’s mother, Michelle Hughes; son, Kelly Frank Hughes; two wonderful mothers, Beverly Vines Furnish and Rita Isbill; father, Robert Vines and step mother, Cheryl Vines; step fathers, Harold Furnish and Jack Isbill; brother, Dane Dwight Vines; sister, Kalie Diane Lewis and a host of friends and other extended family.
A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2010, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501, with Pastor Del Toler officiating. A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
