Mr. Rodolfo L. Cavada
La Marque – Mr. Rodolfo L. Cavada, 90, passed from this life early Thursday morning in Texas City. Born March 24, 1918 in Monterey, Mexico, Mr. Cavada had been a resident of LaMarque, previously of Galveston. He had been employed as a Longshoreman in Galveston for 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his son, Guadalupe Cavada; parents, Guadalupe and Dolores Cavada.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Raquel Cavada and daughter, Raquel Cavada both of La Marque.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2008, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with Pastor Exh. Rene Campos officiating. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.
