Beatrice Limones Achord
SANTA FE - Mrs. Beatrice Limones Achord passed from this life Saturday morning, December 10, 2011, at her home.
Born December 25, 1948 in Galveston, Mrs. Achord had been a lifelong resident of Galveston County and a former cook in the cafeterias at Santa Fe ISD for 15 years. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus M. and Katie (Sanchez) Limones, Sr. and a brother, Jimmy Limones.
Survivors include her loving husband of 42 years, William Norman “Bill” Achord, Sr.; step-mother, Frances Limones; sons, William Norman Achord, Jr., Michael Andrew Achord; brothers, Jesse M. Limones, Jr., Jerry Limones and wife, Mary; sisters, Guadalupe Lopez and husband, Fidencio, Judy Limones, RoseMary Limones, and Nancy Galicia and husband, David; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A private burial was held at Houston National Cemetery, under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home (409) 925-3501.
