Hazel Alberta Jones, 75, Clarksville, died Tuesday, November 4, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Hayes Grace Memorial Park, Hitchcock, TX.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Neal -Tarpley Funeral Home. Neal – Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born April 12, 1933 in West Virginia, daughter of the late Cecil and Nannie Holston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Jones.
Mrs. Jones was a retired tax clerk with the Galveston, TX County Tax Office.
Survivors include daughters, Ramona Alfaro and Alice Dent; a brother, Ralph Holston; a sister, Mary Polk; and one grandchild.
