HITCHCOCK – Mrs. Jacinta R. Jimenez passed from this life Tuesday evening, November 18, 2008, in Webster.
Born January 26, 1947 in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico, Jacinta had been a homemaker and an avid Astro Fan.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar Jimenez; daughters, Karina Preston and husband, David, Sarai Jimenez; step-daughter, Marcella Jimenez and her husband Enrique Dubon; mother, Cleofas Rodriguez; siblings and their spouses, Ramiro and Josefina Rodriguez, Marco A. and Flor Rodriguez, Rosa E. Rodriguez, Laura and Victor Flores, Obdulia and Jose L. Jimenez; 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2008, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, Brother Marco A. Rodriguez officiating. Interment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be David Preston, Victor M. Flores, Jose L. Jimenez, Tomas Lozano, Jesus C. Lozano, Juan C. Lozano, Arturo E. Flores and GiannCarlo E. Flores.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501, with an evening service beginning at 6:00 pm officiated by Bro. Marco Rodriguez, Bro. Andy Lopez and Pastor Juan Mata.
