Lela Carroll “Sissy” Hall

SPRING - Mrs. Lela Carroll “Sissy” Hall passed from this life Thursday, November 29, 2007, at her home.

Born September 28, 1958 in Lake Charles, LA, Mrs. Hall had been a resident of Spring for 11 years, previously of Vinton, LA. She had been employed as a cashier and manager with Brookshire Brothers for 3 years. Sissy and enjoyed staying home watching TV and she especially loved her kids and her family.
 
She was preceded in death by father, Bert James; stepfather, A. J. LeGros and grandmother, Lela Jorstad. Survivors include her loving husband of 11 years, John Hall; son, Bryan Pete Malone; daughters, LaNee’ Nicole Malone, Carrie Daine Hall all of Spring; mother and stepfather, Lois “Bootsie” (LeGros) and John W. Derouen of Alvin; special friend, Vicki Garza of Alvin, Melody Landry of Dickinson; numerous other loving family and friends.
 
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2007, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with Dr. Paul Golden officiating. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Glenn Burke, Lee Dove, Rudy Garza, Chris Hartman, Pete Malone and Cody Reeves. Friends may call from 5 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock (409) 925-3501.
