Tammy Lee McMullen

SANTA FE - Ms. Tammy Lee McMullen passed from this life Monday, July 7, 2008, at her home.

Born July 30, 1963 in Galveston, Texas, Ms. McMullen had been a life long resident of Alta Loma. She had been employed as a childcare assistant with her mother for many years, a 1981 graduate of Santa Fe High School, a member of First Baptist Church of Alta Loma, an avid reader and loved cats.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Edward McMullen and brother, Thomas Edward Baker.

Survivors include her mother, Lovenia “Mrs. Mac” McMullen; sister, Mary Barrow and her husband, James, of High Island, TX; sister-in-law Roxanne Baker of Santa Fe; numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2008, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with Pastor John Newton officiating. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honorary bearer will be Wayne Cato.

Friends may call from 5 - 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock (409) 925-3501.
