Tammy Renee Erickson

DEER PARK – Mrs. Tammy Renee Erickson passed from this life to be with our Lord Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at her home.

     Born August 5, 1963 in Galveston, Mrs. Erickson had been a resident of Deer Park most of her life.  She had worked at United Space Alliance as an administrative assistant for the past 19 years, was a member of Park Temple Baptist Church and enjoyed riding horses, dancing and listening to music.  She especially loved her two dogs, Skittles and Skylar.

     Preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Faye (Hall) Parker; survivors include her loving husband of 15 years, Steve Erickson of Deer Park; father, Charles McDonald and stepmother, Vickie of Santa Fe; son, Randall Miles of Deer Park; grandmother, Minnie Ola McDonald of Santa Fe; brothers, Bobby Ring and wife, Dayna of Deer Park, Frankie McDonald of San Diego, CA; sister, Diane Riojas and husband, Mark of Hardin; mother-in-law, Mary Erickson of Pasadena; father-in-law, Bill Erickson of San Marcos; brother-in-law, Wade Erickson and wife, Lisa of Spring; sister-in-law, Phyllis Chronister of Tomball; best friend of 32 years, Tomi Agostini of Atascocita; nieces and nephews, Shannon Ring, Ericka Erickson, Lil Bobby Ring, Mark Chronister, Arron Chronister, Mark Steven and Jacquie Riojas, Dylan Kyle Riojas, and Travis Ryan Riojas; five great-nieces and nephews.

     Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2011, in the Chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, Reverend Andy Kight officiating.  Interment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery with Wade Erickson, Lil Bobby Ring, Mark Steven Riojas, Travis Riojas, Dylan Riojas and Kevin Wells serving as pallbearers.
