Carissa Jackson

 

SANTA FE – Ms. Carissa Jackson passed from this life Wednesday morning, March 17, 2010, in La Marque with her one true love, Ryan Parker.

 

     Born December 1, 1990 in Galveston, TX, Carissa moved to Santa Fe at 12 yrs of age and met her best friend Alaina Schafer, even though they had differences, Carissa loved her with all her heart. 

 

     She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Clem A. and Mary Reeves, Herbert and Flora Schmidt, Molly Rambin; uncle, David Rambin.

 

     Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Susan and James Touchstone of Santa Fe; father, Charles Jackson, Jr. of North Dakota; sister, Kelsey Jackson of Santa Fe; brothers, Tristan Touchstone of Santa Fe, Casey Thomas of Texas City, Joshua Touchstone of College Station and Trevor Jackson of Temple, Texas; grandparents, Donald and Jeanie Rambin, Charles and Linda Jackson, all of Dickinson, David and Katherine Reeves of Waco, Bruce and Patricia Hestdalen of North Dakota, Ray and Margie Schwarz of Santa Fe; numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives.

 

     Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2010, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with Reverend C. Wayne Clement officiating.  Interment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.

 

     Casketbearers will be Carissa's uncles, Randy Reeves, Bruce Reeves, Jason Jackson, Clint Jackson, Travis Jackson and Taylor Jackson.
