Born November 17, 1942 in McComb, Mississippi, Mrs. Blair had worked at American National for 35 years.

Survivors include sons, Billy Wooten, Jr., and wife, Bea, Bobby Wooten, Sr.; sister, Kay Rodriguez and husband, Thomas; great-aunt, Doris Peck; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the love of her life, Mike Donaldson.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2017, at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery, 10708 Highway 6, Hitchcock.
