I know I speak for my family when I say how very sad I was to learn of Mr. Mentzel's passing. As your neighbor for many years I knew and respected the entire Mentzel clan. I remember as a 10 or 12 year old and being in the garden with your dad and grandpa and watching them cut a plug of chew. They even gave me a taste...can't thank them enough. I know your dad will be greatly missed by all. My thoughts to you Vikki and Bubba.

Herman always had a tremendous appreciation and love for the joys and fruits of gardening, of working with people and of living the family life. He will be well remembered by so very many for a long, long while. We bid him the fondest of farewells. All members, The Flaniken Group, LLC
