SANTA FE – Mr. James Edwin Roller passed from this life Monday afternoon, July 24, 2017 in Texas City.

Born February 20, 1963 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mr. Roller had been a resident of Santa Fe for 27 years. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy. James enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved fixing computers.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Bernard Roller; sister, Linda Cope.

Survivors include his son, Alexander James Roller; mother, Juanita Roller; ex-wife, Sandra Kay Roller; brother, David Roller, Jr.; sisters, Renita Flowers and husband, Brett, Jane Walley, E. Ann Bruner and husband, John; father and mother-in-law, Jerry and Nancy Bradke; sisters-in-law, Christine Stone, Donna Rote and numerous nieces and nephews.

In honor of James, a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2017, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 13217 FM 1764, Santa Fe, Texas, with Reverend L. David Stone officiating.

A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501.
