SANTA FE - Mr. Keith Anthony Sobnosky, Sr. passed from this life Friday, September 1, 2017, in Canton, Ohio.

Born November 28, 1957 in Youngstown, Ohio, Mr. Sobnosky had been a resident of Santa Fe since 1971, previously of Waggman, Louisiana, he had moved back to Canton, Ohio New Years’s Day 2017. Keith was active with Our Lady of Lourdes Men’s Act’s Retreat and had worked in his parents BBQ restaurant, Texas Top, on Highway 6. Keith loved dancing, especially polka dancing and his hobbies were drawing and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth E. Sobnosky; brothers, Steven Paul Sobnosky and Derrick Joseph Sobnosky; nephew, Blake Sobnosky; grandparents, Raymond E. Sobnosky, Stella Mary Sobnosky and Anita Comeaux.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Raymond E. and Patricia J. Sobnosky, Jr.; children, Keith Anthony Sobnosky, Jr. and Misty Dawn Sobnosky Brown; brothers, Raymond E. Sobnosky, III, Casmir F. Sobnosky and wife, Theresa, Shane Michael Sobnosky Sr. and wife, Barbara; grandchildren, Isaiah Timothy, Nathan Joseph, Keith Anthony, III, Evan Sobnosky; numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Keith’s life will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2017, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 11100 Highway 6, Santa Fe, Texas, with Deacon Alvin Lovelady officiating.
