I was very sad to hear of my "Friends" passing. I do not use the term "Friend" lightly. There's what we were and what we became. Randy Jay Fenter was always a good man. Over the years he just became a better man. I'm very glad to have known him and I want his family to know that he will be truly missed. Rest in peace my friend, rest in peace.
