HITCHCOCK - Mrs. Shayna Rae Scobee passed from this life Friday, August 25, 2017, in Hitchcock.

Born August 17, 1975 in Houston, Mrs. Scobee had been a resident of Hitchcock for 5 years, previously of Walker, Louisiana. Shayna had a fun loving spirit. She loved socializing, interior design and sports, especially New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Cheryl and John G. Gordon; father and step-mother, Alton and Patty Sanderson; daughters, Danielle Suzanne Hartman and Savannah Rey Scobee; son, Saxton Myles Scobee; sister, Dayna Renee Sanderson; grandparents, Ralph Neil and Linda Chambers and Elizabeth E. Stockfleth.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017 in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, with Pastor Soto officiating. Interment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Robert Breland, David Hartman, Tyler Khumdee, Bryce Oliveira, Scott Scobee and Walter Seidel.

Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501.
