William “Bill” Albert Foster, Jr. 

     SANTA FE - Mr. William “Bill” Albert Foster, Jr. passed from this life Sunday morning, April 2, 2017, in Webster. 

     Born August 21, 1953 in Frankfurt, Germany, Mr. Foster had been a resident of Santa Fe for the past 35 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army before beginning his career as a carpenter. He finished his career as an OR Tech for Clear Lake Hospital, working there for 12 years.  Bill attended church at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Santa Fe. He was a religious man who prayed often for those in need. Bill was a very loving husband and caring father and grandfather.  He will be sadly missed by all. 

     He was preceded in death by his parents, William Albert Foster, Sr. and Joann (Bernard) Foster and brother, Andrew Foster. 

     Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Karen Foster; son, William “Billy” Albert Foster, III; daughters Anna Ritter and fiancé, Michael Morris, Amy Perkins, Tammy; brothers, John David Foster, Stephen Charles Foster, Robert Foster; sisters, Susan “Sue” Foster, Catherine Bondy; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.   

     Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501, with Reverend Katharine Redpath, officiating.  www.HayesFuneralHome.com
