Galveston – Mrs. Susan Renee Daigrepont passed from this life Wednesday, August 13, 2008, at her home.
Born December 25, 1957, in Hitchcock, Texas, Mrs. Daigrepont had been a resident of Galveston for 9 years, previously of New Orleans, Louisiana. She had been employed as a nurse for four years and had previously worked as a banker, realtor and a lifeguard. She loved to help others, make people laugh and travel. She especially enjoyed her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Julia Palmer.
Survivors include her loving husband of 16 years, Steven Daigrepont of Galveston; stepdaughter, Tiffany Rhoades of Mississippi; brother, Robert Palmer and wife Jennifer of Santa Fe; sisters, Debra Palmer of Houston, Robyn Kellogg and husband Charles of Beaumont; five nephews and one great-niece.
Memorial services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2008, in the Chapel of Hayes Funeral Home with Pastor John Newton, officiating.
