SAN LEON - Mrs. Bonnie Lee Waldrop passed from this life Tuesday afternoon, July 30, 2019, in Webster.

Bonnie was born October 4, 1948 in Port Arthur, Texas, to Ernest and Ella (Hubbard) Richmond. At the tender age of 18, she married her loving husband of over 46 years, Rickie. Together they had a family and enjoyed sharing all the precious moments life had to offer. She had a passion for watching sports and loved cheering on any Houston team. She knew that the game wasn’t about winning or loosing but about how it’s played…and just like the game, she played her life well. She was talented at crocheting, knitting and tried her hand at pottery for a while but above all, Bonnie was a great mother and proud grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rickie Waldrop; brother, Bobby Richmond.

Survivors include her son Robert Waldrop and wife, Jennifer; daughter, April Hooter and husband, Troy; sister, Beverly McIntosh and husband, Johnny; grandchildren, Blaine Hooter, Justin Hooter and wife, Murphy, Emily Waldrop, Rachel Kariman and husband, Navid; nieces, Amanda, Corrie, Sarah, Samantha and nephew, Jeff.

A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
