BAYOU VISTA - Mrs. Connie Enbey passed from this life Saturday afternoon, June 3, 2017, in Bayou Vista.

Born June 12, 1935 in Morton, MS, Mrs. Enbey had been a resident of Bayou Vista for the past 25 years, previously of Galveston. She spent her life creating a loving home for her husband, children and grandchildren, enjoyed fishing, cooking and collecting pelicans.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Ethel (Scales) Clark; brother, Bill Clark and sister, Vera McCoy.

Survivors include her loving husband of 21 years, Ken Enbey; son, Bryan Enbey of Alvin; daughters, Susan Widmer and Celia Barrera, Schel Heydenburg and husband, Dave all of Bayou Vista; grandchildren, Melissa and Eric Behrenbrinker, Danielle and Kyle Gummere, Stacie Milewsky and Nick Sharoian, Pamela Milewsky; great-grandchildren, Gage, Allie and Esme Behrenbrinker.

Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 with memorial services beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501.
