Robert “Bob” Bradley
NORTH LITTLE ROCK – Mr. Robert “Bob” Bradley, 89, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, July 9, 2018. He was born August 18, 1928 in Texas to Burton and Nellie Bradley. He was a good friend to the community and a generous neighbor. Bob served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and retired from American Oil Company. Bob was past Commander and Chief of VFW Post 5400, and loved sports and coaching Little League.
He is survived by his children, Andy Bradley (Sheila), Mike Bradley, Connie Luby (Mike) and Diane Warriner (Charles); grandchildren, Amanda Bradley Wood (Jody), Earl Holland, Channing Madden (Matt), Shannon Bradley, Fawn Terrell, Lynn Vaughn (Gary), Jason Strain (Terry), Jay Strain (Stephanie), Andrew Warriner (Anna), Phillip Warriner (Erika), Jason Ward (Shanna) and Chris Luby (Mary); a host of great-grandchildren and many loved nieces, nephews and several extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; mother of his sons, Pat Armstrong; wife, Marie Bradley; siblings, Nell Bradley French, Jim Bradley, Bill Bradley; stepson, Bobby Strain; granddaughter, Shaquita Stone.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 13th at the funeral home.
Local graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, 7301 Memorial Drive, Hitchcock, Texas, with Pastor Mike LaBerge officiating. VFW Post 5400 will provide military honors and interment will follow under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
