Alma Mae Pereira
SANTA FE – Mrs. Alma Mae Pereira passed from this life Thursday, August 20, 2020, in Webster.
Born September 25, 1931, in Galveston, Mrs. Pereira had been a lifelong resident of Galveston County. Alma enjoyed playing Bingo at Boot Kickers, solitaire on the computer and had a sweet tooth.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Margaret (Gaizer) Bares; sons, Roy Reynolds Rosson, Lawrence Rosson; daughter, Debbie Clark; 8 siblings.
Survivors include her loving husband of over 44 years, Marvin Pereira; daughter, Janice Rosson; grandchildren, Shaun Rosson, Christopher Rosson, David “Beau” Clark; great-grandchildren, Connor, Joseph, Shauna, Matt, Jonathan; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501.
Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, with Pastor Joshua McDonald officiating.
