Mr. Billy Wayne Stuckey passed from this life Wednesday afternoon, at the age of 78, February 5, 2025, in Webster. Dad, in case you’re reading this here you are.
Billy was born on August 26, 1946, in Livingston to Woodrow and Flossie (Chessher) Stuckey. He joined the U.S. Army at the ripe age of 19 and proudly served his county during the Vietnam war. After his discharge, he married the love of his life, Mary Ann. They shared many wonderful years together before her passing in 2019. Billy passed the licensing exam to become a police officer, and he served the people of Harris County for 34 years before retiring. His masculine pursuits included rebuilding old cars and taking a ride on his Harley. Billy was a tough bird, and he will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Ann Stuckey.
Survivors include his son, Woody Stuckey and wife, Melissa; daughters, Ginger Tilotta and husband, Jimmy, Jennifer Money and husband, Billy, Anna Stevens; grandchildren, Brandon Amsden, Ashley Roeder, Justin Noble, Dalton Amsden, Kayla Haston, Tyler Amsden, Meganne Money, Kody Boltz, Katie Tilotta; numerous great-grandchildren.
A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
