SANTA FE - Mr. Bradley Kent Price passed from this life Sunday afternoon, March 17, 2024, in Clear Lake.
Bradley Price was born on July 24, 1949, in Waco to Jesse and Norma Price. He was the loving husband to Debbie (Martorell) and the oldest brother of his two siblings. Bradley's life was one of dedication and service. After graduating from McArthur High School in 1968, he felt the call to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1969. He proudly served in the Vietnam War, demonstrating courage and commitment to his fellow Marines. After two years of honorable service, Bradley was discharged and returned home. In civilian life, Bradley continued his commitment to public service by joining the Texas City Police Department. Additionally he went to work as a security officer for Amoco/BP for 29 y ears, as well as being a reservist for the Santa Fe Police Department for 19 years. Outside of his professional life, Bradley found joy in spending time with his beloved wife, Debbie. The two shared a passion for camping, relishing the opportunity to explore the great outdoors together with their camping companions. Bradley Price will be remembered as a loving husband, a devoted brother, and a selfless servant to his community. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse W. Price, Jr. and Norma A. (Kent) Price.
Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Debbe Price; brother, Michael W. Price and wife, Cheryl, Ricky P. Price and wife, Jeanine; fur babies, Frieda and Gracie; many other family members.
Visitation with the family will be from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2024, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, (409) 925-3501. Interment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael Martorell, John McLemore, Patrick Mundine, Joe Price, Stan Price and Harold Silberisen.
