KEMAH - Mr. Charles Thomas McMath passed from this life Wednesday afternoon, September 1, 2021 in Webster.
Born September 21, 1936 in Fort Worth, Mr. McMath had been a resident of Kemah since 2015, previously of Huntsville. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard for 12 years. Charles worked as a turnaround supervisor for Amoco Oil, retiring after 25 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene Ward and Bonnie Sue (Aker) McMath and brother, David McMath.
Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 64 years, Mafie McMath; daughters, Michelle Wilkenfeld and husband, Rick, Misty McMath; sister, Luanne Kepple; brother, Geoff McMath, sister, Judy Clinkscale; sister-in law, Cindy Hardaway and husband, Vernon; nephew, Daniel Hardaway; grandchildren, Kristen Wilkenfeld-White and husband, Kevin, Ricky Wilkenfeld and wife, Victoria, Josh Nordin and wife, Lexi, Caitlyn Nordin, Lysabeth Nordin; great grandchildren, Caiden, Cannon, Penelope and Kinsley.
A celebration of Charles’ life will be held at a later date.
