HITCHCOCK - Mr. David Paul Kirkland passed from this life Friday evening, June 11, 2021, in Galveston.

Born September 19, 1974 in San Antonio, Mr. Kirkland had been a long time resident of Galveston County, previously of Fort Bend County. David was full of life and an avid motorcycle rider.

Survivors include his mother and father, Sandra and Mickey Glenn of Katy; son, Nathan Alexander “Alex” Vincent of College Station; daughter, Faith Gillum of Bay City; brother, Michael Kirkland of Katy; sisters, Laurie Yates of West Virginia, Michelle Kirkland of Hitchcock, Caren Vincent of Richmond, Texas, Cathi Chesshir of Santa Fe, Chris Edwards of Freeport; numerous nieces and nephews

A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
