TEXAS CITY - Ms. Debra Kay Bolton passed from this life Tuesday morning, May 12, 2026, in Webster.

Born July 29, 1964, in Seymour, Indiana, Ms. Bolton had been a longtime area resident. Debra was known for a strong work ethic and dedication, spending 19 years as a manager at Walmart. Outside of work, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures — getting lost in a good book, relaxing with cooking shows, and caring deeply for animals. Debra will be remembered for her dependable nature, kind heart, and the warmth she brought to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Felix Ray Mullins, Sr.

Survivors include her mother, Mildred Mullins of Texas City; daughter, Kelsey Flores and husband, Adrian of Hitchcock; brother, Felix Ray Mullins, Jr. and wife, Tori; sisters, Rita Mullins of Texas City, Janice Mullins of Bacliff; grandchildren, Adrian Jovel, Shayla Flores, Adrian Flores, Alexa Bolton, Rafael Flores; great-grandson, Travon D. Kelley, Jr.

Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, Texas, with Pastor Joshua McDonald officiating.
