TEXAS CITY – Mr. Fred Edward Lemire passed away at the age of 65 on Monday, April 6, 2026, in Clear Lake.
Born September 27, 1960, in Fort Worth, TX, Mr. Lemire was a lifelong area resident. Fred was a man known for his strong work ethic and steady dedication. He spent most of his life working with Woody’s Air Conditioning, where he was respected for his reliability and skill. Fred had a good sense of humor that brought lightness to those around him, and he will be remembered for both his hardworking nature and the warmth he shared with family, friends, and his community.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 10 years, Beverly Lemire; parents, James and Beatrice (Rountree) Lemire; brother, Billy Lemire.
Survivors include his sister, Linda Syers; special niece, Melissa Lemire; numerous nieces and nephews; best friends, Joe Ruiz, III and Arlan Woodrow; fur baby, Junior.
A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Midway Church of Christ, 10408 Highway 6, Hitchcock, Texas, with Mr. Russell McLaughlin officiating.
