Jeffrey Hal Yarbrough

TEXAS CITY – Jeffrey was born on September 13, 1969, in Alvin and was a resident of Texas City for many years. He passed from this life on Monday evening, September 9, 2024, at the age of 54. He will forever be remembered as a kindhearted soul, and he never knew a stranger.

Jeffrey was always ready to lend a hand or share a story about his life. His presence was a true gift to many. You always knew where you stood with him. Jeffrey loved to go fishing, bowling with friends, watching movies, and later in years loved watching criminal shows or his favorite show “Beat Bobby Flay”. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and unforgettable memories.

He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Zane Yarbrough; niece, Hayley Yarbrough-Weeks.

Survivors include his love of over 29 years, Michele Servantes; mother, Nellie Yarbrough; brother, Mark Yarbrough and wife, Michelle; sister, Karen Sexton and husband, Charles; son, Anthony Yarbrough and wife, Jennifer; daughters, Rebecca Jones and Ashley Hock; four grandchildren, Anthony, Aiden, Ansley and Liam; nieces and nephews; and a very close friends Mr. Day.

A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 21, 2024, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501, with Pastor Joshua McDonald officiating.
