SANTA FE - Mr. Larry Ray Armstrong passed from this life Saturday evening, January 7, 2023, in Webster.

Born July 1, 1945, in Gary, Indiana, Mr. Armstrong had been a longtime resident of Santa Fe. He worked for Amoco in instrumentation and analyzer maintenance. Larry liked NASCAR, remote-control cars and airplanes. He had earned a private pilot’s license. He loved animals and would always take in a stray.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank J. and Marjorie Armstrong. Survivors include son, Don Armstrong; daughters, Lisa Homburg, Cynthia Thomassee; brother, Tommy Armstrong; grandchildren, Eric and Ryan Homburg, Anthony and Alexis Armstrong, James and Lauren Thomassee; great grandson, Patrick Homburg.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2023, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, with Pastor Joshua McDonald officiating.
