Lisa (Strength) Schneider

Mrs. Lisa Schneider passed from this life Saturday evening, June 14, 2025, in Webster.

Lisa was born on October 13, 1960 in Texas City to Albert and Nellie (Myers) Strength, Sr. She met the love of her life, Charles Schneider, Sr., and in 1982 the couple were married - sharing 33 years together before his passing in 2015. Lisa had a kind and understanding personality which made her a perfect fit as a substitute teacher and teachers aid for special needs at Santa Fe High School. Before coming to the school, she loved caring for her children, devoting her time and energy to them as they grew up. Lisa enjoyed getting the family together anytime… particularly if there was a BBQ or crawfish boil involved – a favorite past-time shared by she and Charles. Her love will be with us always, and she will be greatly missed.   

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Rocky Dale Strength; sister, Ruby; brothers, Billy Strength, Albert Strength, Jr.; nephews, Jonathan Strength, Phillip Boswell; niece, Chrissy Boswell; best friend, Heather Matthews; kitty cat, Misty

Survivors include her sons, Khristopher Schneider, Charles “Clint” Schneider, Jr.; daughter, Jessica Dee and husband, Richard; brother, Charles Strength and wife, Dianne; grandchildren, Kasi McNair (Hunter), Heather Gradel (Alex), Brittany Schneider, Daniel Grocholski, Russell Grocholski, Carrie Grocholski; numerous great grandchildren; best friends, Natalie and Clara.

In honor of Lisa’s life, a celebration will be held at a later date. A private cremation was conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501.  www.HayesFuneralHome.com
