Mark Allen Paukert

LA MARQUE - Mr. Mark Allen Paukert passed away at the age of 66 on November 19, 2024, in La Marque.

Mark was the first born to Frank and Fay (Pruitt) Paukert on July 1, 1958. Mark had a vibrant personality which made him the life of the party. He loved socializing with friends and meeting new people. Mark was a great dancer who went country dancing any chance he could in his younger years. As a sports enthusiast, Mark taught his children and many others the rules of the game. He was a major fan of the Houston Astros and Oilers and was the owner of an impressive sports hat collection. Mark’s family was everything to him. He loved exposing them to old/interesting movies, sharing his love of music, and cooking his favorite dishes for them. He enjoyed bragging about his children and grandchildren's accomplishments on Facebook every chance he could. His pride in them was unsurpassed and it is that love that they will continue to cherish.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Paukert.

Survivors include his mother, Fay Paukert; sons, Mark Allen "Bubba" Paukert, II, and wife, Michelle, Matthew Allen Paukert and wife, Mary; daughters, Kasey Pilsner and husband, Mark, Katie Bowles and husband, Marcus, Kelley Tuttoilmondo and husband, Brady; mother of his children, Paula Paukert; brother, Michael Paukert and wife, Tina; sisters, Debbie Paukert and husband, Dave, Lori Paukert; grandchildren, Sammie, Chandler, Jordan and Emily, Brayden, Chase, Garren, Noah, Beck, Ryland, Legend, Destini, Legacy; great-grandchildren, Carson and Eden.

A private cremation will be conducted under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Runge Park Community Center, 4605 Peck Avenue, Santa Fe, Texas 77517 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Memories and his favorite music will be shared.
