Nancy Martin Morgan "Nanny"

SANTA FE – Ms. Nancy Martin Morgan “Nanny” passed from this life Saturday morning, December 13, 2025, in Alvin.

Nancy was born on January 10, 1947, in Gulfport, Mississippi, a place where she took pride in having deep southern roots. Her love for the Lord and sharing His message of mercy and grace was a top priority in her life. She lived her faith by showing genuine kindness to strangers and offering a helping hand to those in need. She also had a wonderful gift for making people laugh, bringing joy and light to everyone around her.

From her school years through college, she found joy and expression in ballet, a love of dance that reflected her spirit. Nancy also loved football and was a devoted New Orleans Saints fan, proudly cheering “Who Dat?” whenever they played. She enjoyed sharing that passion with her family.

She left behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and unwavering love. Those who knew her will forever carry her warmth and light with them.

Above all, Nancy cherished her family, loving her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with all her heart.

As much as we miss her, we know she is safe in our Lord’s loving arms, and one day we will see her again.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mauveline (Martin) Morgan; aunt, Sissy and her husband, KK; son-in-law, E. J. Keleman; cousins, Mary Pool and her husband, Jack, Billy Pool.

Survivors include her children, Angela Keleman, Melanie Ehrlich, Brandon Ehrlich and wife, Denise, Abram Russell, and Jared Russell; grandchildren, Steven Sewell and Amanda, Sean Sewell and fiancée, Amanda, Ashley Chapman and husband, Josh, Chelsea Pousson and husband, John, Aysia Ehrlich, Alexis Ehrlich, and Jaycei Ehrlich; great-grandchildren, Caden Chapman, Carsyn Chapman, and Dawson Pousson; cousin, Susan Basse and husband, Rick, and many more cousins who loved her dearly.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday December 19, 2025, at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery, with Pastor Joshua McDonald officiating.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Ehrlich, Jared Russell, Steven Sewell, Sean Sewell, Josh Chapman and John Pousson.
