LA MARQUE - Mrs. Norma Jean McDonald passed from this life Sunday evening, May 24, 2020, in Houston.

Born June 19, 1927 in La Marque, Mrs. McDonald loved the outdoors and all its beauty. She enjoyed playing golf and painting - especially nature and landscapes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Nora Mosso; husbands, Bellmar “Bill” Davis and Paul McDonald; son, Ronald Dale Davis; sisters, Rosie Verkin and Margie Graugnard.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Davis and wife, Linda; sisters, Mary Ann Burr and husband, Bruce, and Betty Finger; grandchildren, Cassie Dohman and husband, Cody, Amanda Torres and partner, Robin Le; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Alicia Torres, Cole and Caysen Dohman.

Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., with a funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2020, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501, with Pastor Mike LaBerge officiating.
