Robert Loy Acree, aged 82, passed away on June 27, 2024, in Santa Fe, TX.
Born on July 26, 1941, in Galveston, TX. Robert was known for his boundless energy, resilience and zest for life. He worked in plumbing installation, carpentry, and auto paint and body repair. Robert was an avid enthusiast of motorcycles, boating, skiing, and sports cars. He loved to watch boxing and old westerns. These hobbies were a significant part of who he was, bringing joy and excitement to his life.
Robert was a family man, survived by his daughter, Elizabeth; son, Eric; sister, Jan. Grandchildren, Kristina, Brooke, Dylan, Dalton, Kayla, Justin, and Garrett, and great-grandchildren, Layla, Nola, Kale Jr, and Asher.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra and son, Robert Jr.
