SANTA FE – Mrs. Ronda Ann Golding passed away from this life Friday, April 21, 2023, in Santa Fe.

Ronda was born April 15, 1964, in Mansfield, Ohio to Ronald and Carol (Troupe) Baughman. Upon entering the work force after high school, Ronda found herself traveling around the country. She had a way with numbers and because of this, Ronda excelled at every job opportunity that came her way. She worked in many capacities, from computer engineering to medical financing. Ronda’s career ended her up in Texas which was where she met the love of her life, Chuck. They were married in 2017 and combined their families into one. Ronda loved her family and especially loved her grandchildren. Ronda was a huge dog lover and even started her own dog rescue. Her furbabies Winnie, Cooter and Sugar put the gleam in her eye. In her spare time, Ronda loved listening to country music and going to the beach – except getting in the water. She was a fun-loving woman who will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald “Ron” Baughman; brothers, Glenn Baughman and Ralph Baughman; fur babies, Cooter and Sugar.

Survivors include her loving husband of 6 years, Charles “Chuck” Golding, III; mother, Carol Baughman of Ohio; children, Allen Sheston and wife, Ashley of Wisconsin, Andrea Kilroy and husband, Kevin of Illinois, Trisha Conklin and husband, Michael of Texas; step-children, Justin Golding of California and Jessica Golding of Nevada; brother, Gary “Joe” Baughman of Ohio; grandchildren, Joshua Napper of North Carolina, Addison Sheston and Aiden Sheston of Wisconsin, Cassandra Kilroy and Chloe Kilroy of Illinois, Elisha Conklin and Oliver Conklin of Texas; fur baby, Winnie.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2023, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501, with Pastor Del Toler officiating.
