HITCHCOCK – Mr. Ryan Matthew Duhon passed away at the age of 26 on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in Hitchcock.
Born December 30, 1998, in Richmond, Mr. Duhon was a lifelong resident of Hitchcock and Santa Fe. He was a proud black belt with Twin Dragon Martial Arts and enjoyed spending his free time playing Xbox and watching Anime. A 2017 graduate of Santa Fe High School, he worked as a talented woodworker for Sweet T’s Creations for over four years. He will be remembered for his dedication, creativity, and kind spirit.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Luciano and Dolores Villalobos; Papaw, Rodney C. Duhon, Sr.; uncle, Matthew Duhon.
Survivors include his parents, Rodney, Jr., and Tina Duhon.; grandmother, Barbara Duhon of Hitchcock; sister, Ashley Marie Rivera of Hitchcock; nephew, Wyatt Dore of Hitchcock; fur babies, Lupa and Daphne.
Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., followed by a celebration of life at 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 24, 2025, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wyatt Dore, Jamie Garcia, Michael Keith, Creed Potter, Andre Price and Steve Villalobos.
