HOUSTON - Mrs. Valentina Harvey passed from this life Monday, October 9, 2023, in Houston.

Born August 30, 1970, in Globino, Ukraine, Valentina had been a resident of League City and Houston for 14 years. Valentina was a Houston Realtor and attended Pokrova Ukrainian Catholic Church. Valentina defined fashion, art, and travel as the most fulfilling of life second to her son Roman.

Survivors include her husband, Steven Harvey; mother, Nina Pokotylo of Ukraine; sons, Roman Golub of Houston, Chris Harvey and wife, Brooke of Santa Fe, Kyle Harvey of Texas City; grandchildren, Baron Harvey, Nolan Harvey and Tyson Harvey.

Visitation with the family will be from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. with a private family funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 21, 2023, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, Texas with Father Mykola Dovzhuk officiating. Entombment will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Reid Dowdy, Chris Harvey, Kyle Harvey, Terry Harvey, Andrew Schiro and Jack Schiro.
