TEXAS CITY - Mrs. Victoria Reckitt passed from this life Saturday morning, April 24, 2021, in Texas City.

She was born September 21, 1978 in Texas City to Roy and Olivia (Hernandez) Castillo. Victoria was a vibrant woman. She had a smile that was captivating and a personality that could charm even the most hardened of hearts. She knew how to keep life fun by mixing things up with spontaneous trips around the country. Victoria also enjoyed devoting her time to Sisters Helping Sisters – an organization close to her heart. She was one of a kind and we will miss her greatly until we can see her again.  

She was preceded in death by her grandmother and survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Joe Reckitt; parents, Roy and Olivia Castillo; daughter, Marisa Reckitt; brother, Robert Castillo, sister, Carmen Guerra; nieces, Monica Guerra, Gabby Guerra, Josie Guerra and Sierra Castillo; nephews, Alex Guerra, Rogelio Castillo and numerous close cousins. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2021, in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, with Pastor Paul Meiller officiating.
