Wendy Feldpausch Obituary

Ms. Wendy Lynn (Wostal) Feldpausch passed from this life on Friday, February 27, 2026, in Seabrook.

Born January 30, 1976, in Texas City, Wendy was a lifelong area resident. She was a talented culinary chef who found her greatest joy in the kitchen. Cooking was never just a job or a hobby — it was her love language. She delighted in preparing meals that brought people together, always adding a special touch that made everyone feel welcome and cared for.

Music was the soundtrack of her life. She loved calling into her favorite radio stations daily, requesting songs and chatting with the hosts as if they were old friends. She rarely missed a chance to attend a concert, where she could sing along, dance, and fully embrace the moment. Whether at home or out with friends, music filled her heart and home with energy and joy.

She was happiest surrounded by others. A true people-person, she cherished gatherings, celebrations, and simple everyday moments spent laughing with family and friends. Her warmth and vibrant personality drew people in, and her presence lit up every room. Watching her girls play softball brought her immense pride and happiness; she was their biggest fan.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Byron Evans and Pee Wee Wostal, and brother, Dolan Walter “Tripp” Wostal, III.

Survivors include her parents, Wally and Louise Wostal; daughters, Fiona Feldpausch, Emma Feldpausch, Rivers Feldpausch; father of her children, Jason Feldpausch; grandmothers, Marilyn Evans, Aleta Wostal; aunts and uncles, Jim and Lisa Evans, Cheryl Trapp, Linda Brown, Johnny Evans, Buckshot and Sherri Wostal and Becky Wostal.
