Frankie was an active member of First Baptist Church of Alta Loma and as a volunteer at HIS Ministry in Santa Fe, Texas. She loved to sew, collect treasured "country antiques", and most importantly spend time with family and friends.
She married the love of her life, John Hines Hillman, on April 15th, 1948 and they enjoyed 57 years together, up to his death on December 20th, 2005.
Frankie was also preceded in death by parents Allie & Richard Jordan, son John Riley Hillman and his wife Julie (Reitmeyer) Hillman, their son Joe Riley Hillman, and her sister Mary Edna Lera.

Additionally she leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Frankie had a special gift of imparting such love to everyone she encountered that they soon came to believe she loved them, "most, of all".
A memorial service celebrating Frankie will be held in the sanctuary at First Baptist Church of Alta Loma, 5400 FM 646 South, Santa Fe, under the direction of her pastor, John Newton on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at 4:00 p.m.
