I am so truly sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is one of the most devastating experience a family can face. No wonder the Bible refers to it as an enemy- 1 Corinthians 15 : 26. But in our faith we know God will do away with all the things that cause us grief including death -Revelation 21 : 3,4
