Dear Polly I never met you in this life time and I wished to God I would have. But I want you to know that you will always be in my heart. You have given me the most precious gift any mother could ask for. You have given life again to my only son Manny Ramirez. I lost my only dtr 18 months ago and I was so scared of losing my only son now. But God blessed him with you. Your life will never be in vain . You are a true blessing from God Polly. I know God has placed you in his loving arms for what you've done. You have saved numerous of people. May you rest in peace now Polly and know that my dtr in law Deleana and grandchildren Daija, Myles, and Danica will forever be grateful for giving Manny his life again. God bless you always. P.S. I know my dtr Amanda had given you the biggest hug there is for saving her brother. Forever my love and gratitude Debbie.
